ICS – Intelligent Cleaning Systems, Inc. opened May 1, 2006 with the primary focus on delivering floor maintenance solutions. While traditional janitorial supply companies offer a wide variety of products, they do not provide the valued service nor possess the expertise to truly enhance the appearance of flooring. Floors are the center of ICS's core structure. ICS promotes the practice of system cleaning to provide simple solutions to protect and enhance the life of flooring investments.

ICS has partnered with the Triple-S organization to provide customer’s with state of the art cleaning technologies and sciences. The Triple-S group is a network of elite distributors across the country that focus on helping customer’s find the lowest total cost for maintaining their facility. This is accomplished by buying the most labor-efficient product with the best life cycle.

Our management has over 30 years experience on the floors. We have designed “approved” cleaning systems that are endorsed by major flooring manufacturers. Our team has tied together the chemical, equipment and procedural processes to simplify the training and deliver results. About the Owner

Bill Fisher is President of ICS – Intelligent Cleaning Systems, Inc., a floor care supply company focused on providing the lowest total cost of cleaning. With more that 30 years experience, Bill is the leading authority on floor maintenance solutions/technology. During his career he has worked closely with flooring manufactures to solidify a cleaning system that enhances flooring life. These approved "endorsed" cleaning systems provide a clear and simple path for success.

Bill has designed comprehensive training modules utilizing best practices for cleaning, benchmarking levels of clean and building company morale. He has worked closely with the ISSA - International Sanitary Supply Association and other industry groups by serving on various committees on improving the image of the cleaning profession.
